- 1919-S Standing Liberty Quarter. AU-58 (PCGS). This pleasingly original example exhibits mottled rose-russet overtones to a base of iridescent silver-apricot, the former color more extensive on the obverse. A limited (by 20th century U.S. Mint standards) mintage of 1,836,000 coins confirms the key date status of the 1919-S in the Standing Liberty quarter series.
