This is a little jewel with a huge personality! WOW! First off this coin is very close to GEM quality. Frosty luster glows from under the stunning tone. Clearly placed untoned into an old album ages ago, the surfaces today possess a stunning look! Aqua and teal blues tones dominate on the obverse surrounding a tangerine center, while the reverse has concentric bands of rainbow toning, yielding to a brilliant silver center. We do not see why CAC did not bean this Antebellum half dime, but the eye appeal and quality are certainly very high end. PCGS 134, NGC 146.
