The popular blundered denomination reverse variety. Struck from a later die state, with heavy flow lines and die clashes on both sides. The surfaces show some light pearly iridescent hues that deepen to a lilac/dove patina. A pleasing XF coin for the collector. PCGS 33, NGC 3. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,150, and examples of this Red Book listed variety have sold in the $800-$900 recently. Worthy of a nice collection of Capped Bust half dollars.
