Head of Liberty right wearing Phrygian cap, ribbon in hair reads LIBERTY, stars on cap, curls at shoulder, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around, IN GOD WE TRUST on ribbon below, reverse with STANDARD arcing above a central cereal wreath, 25 / CENTS / 1870 within on three lines. Frosted motifs and mirrored fields are alive throughout with soft neon blue, gold, sea green, and rose iridescence. A satisfactory Gem by any standards. PCGS# 61132.
