- 1862 Indian Cent. MS-65 (NGC). CAC. OH. Subtle pinkish-rose highlights blend with dominant medium tan patina on both sides of this wonderfully original example. The strike is full, the luster intense, and the surfaces evoke thoughts of an even higher grade. With 28,075,000 pieces struck, the 1862 cent is readily available in most Mint State grades, but few Gems can compare with the Larry H.
