- FRANCE. Louis d'Or, 1707-A Paris Mint Louis XIV (1643-1715). NGC MS-61. Fr-442; KM-367; Gad-255. "louis d'or aux insignes et aux cheveux longs" from a VERY SCARCEtype struck 1704-09. Second finest certified at either NGC or PCGS. The ravages of age and sin are clearly evident on the king's visage. Light contact marks account for the assigned grade.
