(t) CHINA. Tientsin French Concession. "Nam Fong Club" Brass Token, ND (ca. 1902-45). PCGS MS-62 Gold Shield. Lec-4. Attributed in LeCompte to Chinese origin, but some suspect this token was struck for circulation in northern California. A well struck and attractive example displaying lovely mottled brassy tone with plenty of luster in the protected areas. Estimate: $150 - $250. Click here for certification details from PCGS.
