- 1873-CC Seated Liberty Quarter. Arrows. Briggs 1-A, the only known dies. Fine-15 (PCGS). With mottled copper-gray and medium-gray patina to well-worn features. Despite the amount of circulation this coin obviously saw, however, all major design elements are fully outlined and easily seen. The only CC-mint Seated Quarter w/Arrows, the 1873-CC is very rare in all grades due to a limited mintage of just 12,462 pieces.
