- Henry Terranova Collection. VAM-3A is the clashed die-state of a variety that has a noticeably slanted date with the digits in 1893 progressively higher left to right. For the date, only the vaunted 1893-S is more difficult to obtain as 1893-O saw just 300-thousand pieces struck. The obverse displays attractive album toning with cobalt-grey and violet draping widely down the obverse left, while orange, cinnamon-gold and silver-yellow surround the rest of this side. Significantly lustrous and a highly appealing key representative.
