- This essentially CHOICE Mint State O-101 is solidly in the Condition Census for the die marriage. The Tompkins Census is listed at 63,62,62,61,58. A full underlying mint luster radiates boldly over pearlescent silver surfaces and light hints of pale gold. Sharply struck with complete, crisp definition. There are a few tiny marks, including a short, thin scratch on the bust that will serve as a pedigree marker. The eye appeal is pleasing overall on this Uncirculated conditionally RARE issue. The most recent example of this grade to sell recently brought $36,000 in August 2022; in its previous appearances, this coin brought $35,250.
