- Michigan--Detroit. 1863 Francis Eccard. Fuld-225Y-3a. Rarity-6. Copper. 19 mm. MS-64 RB (PCGS). Far more Red than Brown, both sides retain nearly full mint orange color. The surfaces are bright, satiny and boldly to sharply struck. Francis Eccard was a tobacco manufacturer located at 126 Randolph in Detroit. The firm's store cards were manufactured by Stanton shop in Cincinnati, Ohio. Provenance: From the Myles Z. Gerson Collection. Cardboard 2x2 with attribution notation included.
