PCGS has really tightened up. We do very much grade this coin a PR65.9+. Deep mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors exhibit bold clarity, are super clean, and have a bold reflection. When you twirl the coin you clearly see the rolling "liquid like" mirrors swirling. A moderate mix of totally original green/purple/blue colors swirl all over. We think if the color were slightly lighter, this coin would be a lock 66+. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and re needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is pretty! ONLY 670 were minted. PCGS 37, NGC 57, CAC 10. PCGS has graded only this coin a PR65+. Obviously this fresh to market coin has never been sold via auction. In fact, it is important to know, a regular (NO CAC) PR65 sold for $1,058 in March 2017. The only NGC PR65+ sold for $1,528 in June 2016. Talk about a coin that has become totally "stupid cheap"!
