- MEXICO. War of Independence. Chihuahua. 8 Reales, 1821-Ca RP. Chihuahua Mint. Ferdinand VII. PCGS VF-30 Gold Shield. KM-111.1. A very late Royalist issue, struck over a cast issue (KM-123) with countermarks on either side of the bust. An interesting and descriptive example of this type, with traces of the old bust still visible, and a doubled and rotated shield on the reverse.
