- Fantastic eye appeal induced by a stunning baby blue and fiery red highlights grace satiny surfaces which accent thickly frosted, bold motifs. Save for a mint made depression in the planchet on the reverse above the O of ONE, the surfaces are immaculate. REMARKABLY SCARCE for the grade, with just one piece grading higher for the designation, an MS66+. PCGS 15, NGC 26.
