- Liberty appears to have no less than 95% full head details as the only thing that seems to have denied NGC's exceptionally stringent designation is the lack of one line at the front of the upper sprig. Almost sensational quality overall takes full advantage of platinum-white color, a blistering strike on the shield and amazingly well preserved surfaces. An absolutely smashing example!
