There are dollars out there with "pretty" toning, there are others that have "nice" toning; then there are coins with STUNNING toning. This GEM falls in that last category. The obverse is awash in stunning colors! The rich neon-pink color arrests the eye, and the varied green hues draw your gaze in deeper. In the central obverse you will see the lighter flecks--the textile bag texture that is so highly coveted by the devotees of toned Morgan dollars. The color rates a 9.5+ on our 10-point scale. The eye appeal is unaffected by the minor bag marks that account for the assigned grade. This is a very high end and beautiful toned Morgan that will bring a very strong bid.
