- ECUADOR. 2 Sucres, 1973. London or Llantrisant Mint. PCGS MS-65. KM-82. It is stated that only 35 examples of this type survive, after most were remelted following disapproval of the design. However, more than that have appeared in the numismatic market since. Regardless, it is RAREin this grade and an important addition to any Ecuador collection. A boldly struck and softly lustrous coin, with a light brown streaking across the obverse that is part of the original planchet texture. Estimate: $600 - $900.
