- Here is a gorgeous, SUPERB GEM, tied for second finest seen at PCGS. Shimmering, satiny frost glows all over, giving life to the original dappled gold and russet that is seen at the rims, yielding to the satiny frosty silver in the centers. A lovely example with good eye appeal. PCGS 229, NGC 153, CAC 72. PCGS has graded 26 in MS67+ and just a trio finer. The most recent example to sell in auction brought $1,469 in our September 2019 Regency Auction, and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,500. Excessively RARE any finer, three have graded MS68 at PCGS, none of which are CAC approved and the last one sold nearly a decade ago! A major opportunity for the Registry Set collector. Cert.
