FROM THE INCLINE COLLECTION SUBLIME luster. Traces of peach and honey gold toning add to the eye appeal. Needle sharp strike clearly denoted in the separation of the steps on Monticello. Scarce with the Full Step designation. A tiny flea bite or two are noted. One on Jefferson’s cheek and another beneath the building. PCGS 49, NGC 0. Just three finer and they are all MS66+ grades.
