Exceptionally vibrant luster, somewhat reflective in nature, welcomes nice definition and only traces of rub so as to yield a near-mint grade assessment. That said, plentiful tiny abrasions have entered the fields, magnified somewhat by the coin's brilliance. Scarce as a "no motto" type representative.
