- Exceptional Ange d'Or of Philippe VI FRANCE. Ange d'Or, ND (1341). Philip VI (1328-50). NGC AU-55. Fr-273; Dupl-255 or 255A (distinguishable only by weight). A lovely design depicting Saint Michael the Archangel supporting the arms of France. A choice example of a rare type. Good strike on a nice round flan showing full legends on both sides.
