1915-D Buffalo Nickel. MS-67 (NGC). A stunning example for the date specialist that is tied with two others at NGC at this lofty grade level, and excelled by none. The strike is bold particularly on the reverse which shows sharply chiseled lettering, the obverse is also sharp but not quite to this degree. No specks or spots, and the luster is undiminished save for a delicate hint of pale gold toning. NGC has graded this coin as MS-67, with none finer of course.
