An old friend for us having sold it first in our May 2017 Regency Auction XXI, then as part of the Premier Barber Collection in Regency Auction 26. This is a beautifully toned SUPERB GEM Barber dime, with a rich multihued patina. The ultra reflective, sparkling mirrored surfaces bring the noteworthy color to life for an outstanding visual allure. Only 600 Proofs were struck. 6, NGC 5, CAC 11. The most recent example sold in our September 2018 Premier Session for $3,300. Just six PR67+s have graded finer, and the last one sold two years ago for $7,800.
