THE ARIZONA DIME COLLECTION A lovely GEM housed in an old green tag holder. Nicely preserved, clearly this lustrous and peripherally toned 18-D was carefully stored in an old album collection before being submitted for grading a generation ago. A strong luster picks up the dappled blue and red hues that frame both sides. Nicely struck, but not fully so, this coin is devoid of serious marks and the eye appeal is quite pleasing. PCGS 23, NGC 13, CAC 9. The last PCGS/CAC MS66 sold for $1,410 back in June 2017; more recently a non-CAC example sold for $2,040 in 2019. The CAC CPG value is $2,100 and the PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,000. RARE finer in the non-band designation, with just five finer. Cert. Number 3179840 PCGS # 4918
