Incredible, bold cartwheel luster rolls across the surfaces on both sides. The fields offer a distinct S-mint semi-reflective, semi-Prooflike flash that is a delight to behold and is blinding when rotated in a light. The sharply struck devices possess a thick, creamy, frosted texture that contrasts boldly with the icy-fresh brilliance on the obverse, giving that side a generous nearly Cameo-like look. Needless to say the surfaces, both fields and devices are devoid of any serious contact, virtually PRISTINE, and the eye appeal is simply AMAZING! PCGS 168, NGC 194, CAC 65.
