- 1747/6-E Sou Marque. Tours Mint. Vlack-85a. Rarity-8. AU-53 (PCGS). 26.7 grains. Obverse steel and pewter-gray in color, reverse deeper steel-olive and sandy-pewter. Well centered and otherwise sharp, the detail at the right obverse border is obscured by light planchet striations. Appreciable silvering remains. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
