A fabulous Proof Seated dime that is SUPERB in every respect! Exceptionally deep mirrors beam brilliantly all over. Exhibiting bold clarity, cleanliness, and of course bold reflectivity, the fields have a liquid mercury look. The obverse has a gorgeous mix of original forest green/amber/rose/pale violet colors. The reverse obviously was laying on felt and thus has darker shades of the same colors. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp full strikes. The eye appeal is beautiful! Only 875 Proofs were struck. PCGS 14, NGC 21, CAC 11. This SUPERB GEM sold for $2,703 in our December 2017 Regency Auction. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,500.
