- Wholesome 4 Cruzados of Philip III PORTUGAL. 4 Cruzados, ND (1598-1621)-L B. Lisbon Mint. Philip II (III of Spain). PCGS EF-45 Gold Shield. Fr-53; cf. KM-9.2. Obverse: Crowned coat-of-arms; Reverse: Voided cross of St. George, with quincunx in each angle. Struck while the kingdoms of Spain and Portugal were in personal union, this RARE gold issue features a golden-bronze hue and evidence of light handling, but retains solid detail overall.
