Silver Rays Collection. 2 in PF-67 and ZERO higher at NGC. This 1908 Philippines 5c graded PF-67 by NGC is tied for the finest known example of this incredibly scarce coin. Completely brilliant and with light golden toning, this example has no marks or abrasions worth mentioning. Luster cartwheels and swirls so strongly that it can easily mesmerize the viewer with jaw-dropping eye appeal. The only distraction on an otherwise flawless coin is some dark toning spots on the reverse. Expect significant competition on this extremely high grade rarity (ls).
