A beautiful GEM with a classic, original look. Deeply toned surfaces do not detract from the strong underlying mirrors. Every device is razor sharp and the eye appeal is unimpaired by any post mintage marks or lines. Only 600 proofs were struck. PCGS 11, NGC 10. The last one to sell was CAC-approved and sold for $15,000 in November 2017. The current CU value is listed at $8,500 and within the designation, this is the highest grade PCGS has assigned.
