- Rather favorably detailed for New Orleans, Liberty's headband sports full, boldly struck letters and on the reverse, "LLA" are only slightly weak whereas many examples are poorly defined at that area. At worst, the satiny surface suffers mere luster grazes or else a full point's upgrade might be in the works.
