- SCOTLAND. 30 Shillings, ND (1637-42). Charles I. PCGS EF-45 Gold Shield. S-5556A; KM-90.2. Third coinage. Falconer's second issue, "F" over crown on reverse. A decently struck example on a nice round planchet, with strong outer legends and typical shallow central obverse devices. Minor signs of adjustment marks on the reverse. A handsome example displaying rich slate patina in the protected areas, while a medium grey is seen on the open fields and atop of the devices.
