- A very scarce date, with a very low mintage of 7,500 pieces. Well struck, even with 10-points of circulation, you can tell this coin received a very strong impression from the dies. Removed from circulation and very carefully stored for years this coin boasts a very pleasing russet-rose-gold-slate color combination. The surfaces show nothing more than the lightest lines and ticks natural from commercial use. PCGS 24, NGC 6, CAC 3. The last time an AU50 sold was in August 2013, realizing $3,290.
