Obverse: SUSTINEMUR CONCORDIA (we are uplifted through harmony...), young couple embracing; below, table with wine, game, and fruits; Reverse: DISCORDIA PESSUMIMUS (...we are ruined through disharmony), old couple disputing; below, table with dog and cat fighting and broken jug. In this somewhat satirical issue, Dadler pokes some fun at marriage and comments on everyday life. Pleasingly toned, with great relief and intricate detail. Estimate: $600 - $900.
