(t) CHINA. Sinkiang. 5 Mace (Miscals), ND (1910). Hsuan-t'ung (Xuantong [Puyi]). PCGS EF-40. L&M-819; K-1013; KM-Y-6.1; cf. WS-1296 (rosettes). Variety with "chahtai" on characters side, with dragon in inner circle, and without flanking rosettes. Seemingly a bit conservatively graded, this example retains excellent detail and is without any distracting or annoying marks, happily remaining elegant and exceedingly original.
