FROM THE DR. STEPHEN DAVIDSON COLLECTION This is a stunning SUPERB GEM, among the top ten graded by PCGS, tied for second FINEST in the designation. Steely blue iridescent toning is dusted over chrome-like reflective surfaces. Razor sharp definition throughout the design types stand out boldly against the icy smooth fields. The eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 8, NGC 3, CAC 6. This coin hammered for $2,600 in our August 2016 Premier Session, and more recently we sold one in December 2019 for $2,938. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,100 and the CAC CPG value is $3,120. Just two are finer at PCGS in PR67+; we sold the only one of those to sell for $5,053 in September 2021.
