- CHINA. Chekiang. 10 Cents, Year 13 (1924). Hangchow Mint. PCGS MS-63. L&M-289; K-769; KM-Y-371; cf. WS-1025-6. Quite vibrant and enticing, with a good deal of radiating luster, though a hint of striking weakness in noted near the central areas. Though WS-1025 and 1026 refer to fine and thick lettering, respectively, this cataloger has not been able to identify a perceptible different in the appearance of the Chinese characters or the English letters.
