- Only a hint of wear can be found anywhere on this KEY date issue. The smaller mintage went directly into circulation, and Mint State coins are RARE. Even pewter-dove gray surfaces and the lightest problem free wear. A great "Everyman" coin! PCGS 70, NGC 42, CAC 24.
