The devices are thickly frosted and contrast boldly against the icy sleek flashy brilliance in the fields. The eye appeal is incredible, virtually the same today as it was when it was taken from the coining press. Only 880 Proofs were struck. PCGS 14, NGC 15, CAC 13.
