FROM THE FORMULA 1 COLLECTION. Tied for second FINEST graded at PCGS, this impressive GEM has accents of reflective, flashy luster in the fields. Delicate golden-russet can be seen clinging to the surfaces in places framing the nicely struck and lustrous devices. A tiny line or two are noted for accuracy, this GEM has a distinct look imparted by the subtly PL reflection. PCGS 6, NGC 4. Only three coins are graded finer, all MS66+. This coin sold in October 2015 for $6,463. More recently a CAC-approved coin sold for $7,050 in June 2016. The only 66+ to sell realized $22,325 in March 2015 and the MS66 Collector's Universe value is listed at $9,000.
