Bold and flashy, the highly reflective nickel-silver fields beam with impressive depth. The sharply struck up devices have a thick frost on both sides. A delicate dusting of iridescent tone can be seen on both sides. A high end coin that has a lot of character for sure. First the dies are not proper coin alignment, the reverse is rotated 180 degrees relative to the obverse (which has been seen on several examples of this date). There is also a very long lint mark that is unobtrusive and mint made at the date. PCGS 34, NGC 23,CAC 37. The most recent example sold for $3,290 in March 2017, which was the Garrett-Blue Moon coin. Prior to that, these were selling in the $764 to $940 range and the current Collector's Universe value is listed at $950. Pretty rare any finer, this is a pleasing GEM that is worthy of a great set.
