Tied for FINEST in the designation at PCGS, this is an old friend, one we sold eight years ago in Regency Auction VIII, where it was described as: "A stunning kaleidoscope of color! The nearly ultra deep mirrors have amazing clarity, cleanliness, and reflectivity. Both sides are evenly covered by an electric circle of original neon royal blue/greens/gold/violet. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!...No others come even remotely close to this coin’s quality and wild colors." Only 590 Proofs were struck. PCGS 11, NGC 9, CAC 5. This coin realized $6,169 back in 2014.
