- Exceptional N&G Taylor Card 1862 N. & G. Taylor Co. Civil War store card. Musante GW-556, Baker-578, Fuld PA750V-4b. Rarity-7. Brass. MS-65 (PCGS). 38.5 mm. Strikingly brilliant golden brass with prooflike fields and exceptional eye appeal. A bit softly struck in the centers, but all details are clear. It’s fairly obvious that this Philadelphia card went directly into a collector’s hands and, shortly thereafter, into Baker’s cabinet. Rarely seen so fine.
