- 1884 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-65 (NGC). A beautiful Gem Proof that displays a blend of olive, tangerine, and blue iridescence on both sides. Lightly reflective in the fields and particularly radiant on the reverse. One of 875 Proof quarters struck in 1884, a year that saw a limited circulation strike issue of just 8,000 pieces for this denomination.
