- FROM THE INCLINE COLLECTION Tied for FINEST graded in the Full Step designation at PCGS. Sharply struck and boldly lustrous, this Gem example has swirling rainbow iridescent toning on both sides. There are a few microscopic ticks, nothing that detracts from the bold devices and lovely eye appeal. PCGS 35, NGC 10. Neither service has graded anything finer with full steps. There have been only four PCGS-graded examples ever sold in auction, ranging from $1,440 in August 2019 to $8,813 in August 2012 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is $2,750.
