- 1750-C Sou Marque. Caen Mint. Vlack-67. Rarity-8. MS-61 (PCGS). 31.9 grains. Lovely antique gray color with a tinge of pale golden iridescence. The strike is sharp, the planchet with minimal roughness here and there on the obverse, and the silvering is full over both sides. Interesting die crumble at the upper left obverse border, affecting the tops of the letters TUM in BENEDICTUM. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
