Despite a huge mintage of 12,290,000, the 99-O dollar is quite scarce in the DMPL category and the present GEM is among the higher graded pieces at PCGS, housed in a first generation PCGS encapsulation. Flashy, deeply reflective mirrors beam from all over, surrounding sharply struck, frosty devices. Intensely brilliant cartwheel luster, this GEM DMPL is a real blazer with great contrast!
