ITALY. Milan. Doppia, 1588. Philip II of Spain (1556-98). NGC AU Details--Surface Hairlines. Fr-716; MIR-301/6. Eagle on reverse coat of arms with wings down. Well struck showing minimal doubling in one area of legend and nice full devices. Noted hairlines are found in fields before bust. Some light toning showing originality of those surfaces.
