- This 46-D is a spectacular survivor from the mintage. Truly an amazing SUPERB GEM, tied for the FINEST graded of this late date Walker. Not only is this coin all there and then some for the technical quality, but the EYE APPEAL goes on for days! Showing off the cleanest of fields, vivid satin mint frost, and sensationally brilliant surfaces, the presently offered 46-D is truly a delight to behold. Sharply struck, this magnificent SUPERB GEM 67+ is accented by the softest blush of iridescent toning, with delicate lilac-silver, clear-gold, and pale amber-rose color on the obverse. A strong glass fails to reveal any marks, lines, or other flaws of any kind. The eye appeal is exceptional in every way! PCGS 260, NGC 202, CAC 103. PCGS has graded 22 in MS67+ with NONE FINER. We sold the two most recent examples, realizing $18,213 and $21,150 in April 2022 and December 2021. This coin has a great look and will sell for a very strong bid.
