详细说明: 1942/1 Mercury Dime. FS-101 (FS-010.7). MS-61 (NGC). A bold naked-eye overdate, the 1942 FS-101 Dime readily reveals a 1 underdigit alongside the primary digit 2 in the date. Doubling is also evident on the digit 4 in the date and (much less so) a few of the letters in the motto IN GOD WE TRUST. Strictly BU in quality, the coin we offer here is free of significant rub with satiny, untoned features. We also see no sizeable abrasions, and the eye appeal is superior to what one might expect to see at the assigned grade level. Sharply struck, as well, even the central-reverse crossbands are not all that far from full. Finer than the typically offered circulated example, the '42/1-P Dime is sure to be of keen interest to advanced specialists.
